Udit Engineers offer support contracts for our own and other systems. In the event of a customer requesting support for an existing system several options are available depending on the customer's requirements.

  • System Audit: An existing system is audited to ensure that it can be debugged and modified as required. This involves collating all existing printed and software documentation and rebuilding files if necessary to a good standard.

  • System Backup: The system files are then stored on the Udit Engineers projects server. The system can then be supported in an efficient manner by any one of the engineering team.

  • System Support: Support is provided as required by the customer. Mobile numbers and/or pagers can be made available to the customer to provide them with an appropriate level of support. Generally the problem may be sorted over the phone but an immediate site visit may be required. In this event Udit Engineers visit the site as soon as possible.

  • System Improvements: When Udit Engineers support a system, they are available, on customer request, to suggest possible improvements to both the process and the technology used. This partnership between Udit Engineers and their customers leads to improvements in the efficiency, reduced downtime and an overall increase in the system performance.

  • Electrical: Udit Engineers provides electrical services ranging from manufacturing of electrical panels to  site installation.

  • Project Management: Udit Engineers also provides project management services for automation, electrical and mechanical installations.
